When I’m not getting my hands dirty with paint, I’m usually getting them dirty with ink (I write books), with the sand of the African savannah (I run annual retreats there), or with the rich soil of the Costa Rican jungle (I also run retreats there!).

I also dirty the airwaves in my Bewildered podcast, which I co-host with my partner, Rowan Mangan.
